The challenge

To bring deep medical expertise to life in a truly user-friendly environment. The learning had to be accessible both to specialists and patients, offering enough information for all with the addition of in-depth material for learners who want to learn more.

My role

• Instructional design and storyboarding in collaboration with subject-matter experts from the Whittington Hospital and Helicon
• Website storyboarding and build using HTML5, JavaScript and PHP
• User testing with a panel of six healthcare professionals
• Course evaluation through user surveys, analytics
