Managing performance

This training course, delivered fully online, was designed to help improve how managers carry out performance reviews for their teams.

The challenge

ISG had previously been emphasising hard skills within a diverse set of businesses located all over the world. They were looking for ways to improve and unify how managers prepared for and executed performance reviews.

My role

  • Needs analysis, based loosely on McGhee and Thayer's three-level analysis
  • Learning and assessment design, followed by instructional design
  • Storyboarding and build of website
  • Graphic design - icons, page layouts, tables
